The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Task Of Building A Bicycle Path Along National Road 57 From The Railway Crossing In Czerwonka To Biesowo. The Documentation Should Be Designed Based On The Concept And Opz Which Are Annexes To This Procedure. The Commune Has An Appropriate Agreement Signed With Gddkia In Olsztyn, Based On Which It Can Design The Path. The Scope Of The Agreement Includes The Performance By The Commune Of The Road Managers Activities Necessary To Prepare Design Documentation. The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law And The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordered Design Documentation Concerns One Building (Linear). Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Unjustified Due To The Principles Of Design And Construction. The Order Is Tailored To Smes. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By A Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22§1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974. –The Labor Code Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract.
