The Subject Of The Order Is Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Grabowa, Jarzębinowa And Topolowa Streets In Konin.2.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Includes: 2.1.Construction Design - 5 Copies 2.2.Detailed Design - 5 Copies 2.3.Permanent Traffic Organization Design - 4 Copies 2.4.Bill Of Quantities - 3 Copies 2.5.Investor Cost Estimate - 3 Copies 2.6.Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 2 Copies 2.7.Other Studies, Legally Required Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Derogations Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law Necessary To Obtain A Decision On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As: Zrid).2.8.Preparation Of The Application Along With The Necessary Documents And Attachments To Obtain The Zrid.2.9.The Scope Of The Study Also Includes:2.9.1.Design For The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System (The Conceptual Assumption For The Storm Sewage System Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz) And 2.9.2.Update Of The Construction Project Entitled Construction Of Street Lighting On Grabowa, Jarzębinowa And Topolowa Streets In Konin, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3. The Following Comments Should Be Included In The Documentation:3.1.Not To Occupy Private Plots To The Full Extent Specified In The Local Development Plan, 3.2.Widening The Road Lane Of Jarzębinowa Street By Approximately 2 Meters By Taking Over Private Plots (Approx. 10 Plots) Located On The Southern Side Of The Street With Zrid, 3.3.Provide Access To The Property At Ul. Topolowa 5A, 5B, And 5C,3.4.Design The Northern Connector From Ul. Jarzębinowa To Ul. Grabowa,3.5.On The Street Design Sidewalks On Both Sides Of Grabowa And The Connector From Grabowa To Jarzębinowa, 3.6.Street Design Topolowa To The City Border, 3.7.The Intersection Of Grabowa And Topolowa Streets Should Be Corrected And Safety Improved, 3.8.Do Not Design Bicycle Paths. Each Documentation Will Be Prepared In Paper And Electronic Versions.4.As An Attachment To The Tender Documentation, The Ordering Party Attaches A Map Showing The Scope Of The Road Project In Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
