The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part I - Transport Of Able-Bodied Children To Schools And Kindergartens In 2027, Includes: 1.Providing A Service Consisting In Transporting (Delivering And Dropping Off) Children From Monday To Friday, Every Week Of The 2026/2027 And 2027/2028 School Year (According To The Order Completion Date), Excluding Winter Breaks And Holidays (According To The School Year Calendar) To Schools And Kindergartens Located In The Nowiny Commune. Pick-Up And Drop-Off Must Be Made By At Least 4 Buses In The Morning And In The Afternoon. The Contractor Will Provide At Least 4 Drivers With Appropriate Licenses And Current Medical Examinations. Before Starting The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order, No Later Than On The Day Before The First Time The Service Is Performed, The Contractor Will Receive The Final Transport Schedule. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Service To Be Performed As Part Of Regular Bus Transport As Part Of The Sale Of Monthly Tickets. The Planned Number Of Kilometers As Part Of Basic Transport During The Execution Of The Order Is Approximately 56,000 Km.2.Additional Transport According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Consisting In The Transport Of Children And Teenagers In Connection With The Organization Of Field Trips, Trips To Cultural Events, Trips To Subject Competitions, As Well As Classes And Extra-Curricular Activities On Saturdays And On Public Holidays During The Term Of The Contract Throughout The Country. Additional Transport Organized By The Cuw In Nowiny Will Be Carried Out In The Period From January 2, 2027 To December 31, 2027 (According To The School Year Calendar). Transport Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Individual Orders By Buses With A Number Of Seats Ranging From 24-71 Throughout The Country. Individual Orders Will Specify The Number Of People To Be Transported, The Departure Date And The Transport Route. Orders Will Be Issued In Writing. The Trip Will Be Ordered No Later Than 1 Day Before The Date Of Service. In The Case Of Additional Transport, No Parking Fee May Be Charged And The Carrier Is Obliged To Wait.
