General Requirements: 1) The Contractor, At Its Own Expense, Will Smoothly Transfer The Designated Existing Telephone Numbers To Its Own Network, I.E. Without Interruption In The Provision Of Services. All Numbers Are Currently Used By The Ordering Party Under The Applicable Contract. The Numbers Are Serviced By The Orange Network.2) Between The End Of The Current Contract For The Provision Of Telecommunications Services And The Commencement Of A New One, There Cannot Be An Interruption In The Provision Of Services Longer Than 4 Hours.3) Telephones And Accessories Will Have The Ce Marking4) The Contractor Will Deliver To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Telephones Selected By The Ordering Party, And Sim Cards5) Coverage Of The Provided Mobile Telephony Services: At Least 91% Of The Area Of Poland In Accordance With The Coverage Map The Contractor, At A Level Enabling Voice And Data Transmission In All Conditions6) The Services Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, All Days Of The Year7) The Contractor Will Provide Two Accounts For All Numbers With Free Printing Of Billings For Each Number With A Detailed List Of Calls And Costs, The Status Of The Company Account, With A List Of Costs Generated By Individual Numbers8) The Contractor Will Appoint A Sales Representative To Ensure Ongoing Service Of The Order9) The Contractor Will Provide A 24-Hour Customer Service And Technical Assistance Office10) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Cards Are Activated From The Date Of Signing The Contract.11) Any Interruptions In The Provision Of Services, Due To The Fault Of The Contractor, Should Not Last Longer Than 2 Hours.
