The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of High-Methane Type E Natural Gas Fuel And The Provision Of Its Distribution Services For Heating And Central Heating Purposes To The Installation Located In The Facility At Ul. Roberta De Plelo 20 In Gdańsk, Which Is Owned By The Maritime University Of Gdynia, Which Houses Offices, Laboratories And A Room. Workshops And Warehouses. The Forecasted Consumption Is: - 952,000 Kwh, I.E. 80,000 M3 Of Natural Gas, Of Which The Minimum Order Level Is 595,000 Kwh, I.E. 50,000 M3 During The Duration Of The Contract. The Given Amounts Of Gas Are Indicative And May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made On The Basis Of Actual Gas Consumption. The Ordering Party Allows A Reduction In The Volume By A Maximum Of 10% In Relation To The Basic Demand. The Ordering Party Allows An Increase In The Volume By A Maximum Of 10% In Relation To The Basic Demand. The Ordering Party Provides The Contracted Capacity For Gas Supplies To The Gas Consumption Point In Gdańsk, Ul. Roberta De Plelo 20. Contracted Capacity: 700 Kwh/H. For Points Covered By Tariff Protection, The Ordering Party Will Consent To Changing The Rates (Increase Or Decrease) For Gas Fuel And The Subscription Fee If The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Approves The Contractors New Tariff. The New Rates Will Be Effective From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The New Regulations And Do Not Require The Consent Of The Ordering Party (Annex). The Ordering Party Will Agree To Adapt The Tariff Groups And Contractual Capacities To Those In Force At The Dso, In The Event That The Dso, When Submitting The Contract For Implementation, Questions The Tariff Groups And Contractual Capacities Indicated In These Proceedings.
