The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Liquid Fuels (95 Octane Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil) For 2027 For The Needs Of Vehicles And Equipment Owned By Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej W Brzostek Sp. Z O. O. Estimated Quantity:1) Diesel Oil (On) – 36,500 Liters2) Unleaded Petrol (Pb 95) – 500 Liters2. The Indicated Fuel Quantities Should Be Treated As Estimates. They Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Bring Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Realize The Maximum Value Of The Contract Or For The Purchase Of A Smaller Amount Of Fuel During The Term Of The Contract.3. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Ad Hoc, Non-Cash Refueling Of The Vehicle, In The Case Of Equipment For Canisters, At The Selected Contractors Station, At The Prices Applicable On The Day Of Refueling, Taking Into Account The Discount In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. The Contractor Should Enable Fuel Refueling Between 00:00 - 24:00, 7 Days A Week, At A Station Located Within A Maximum Radius Of 4 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office.4.Fuel Should Be Sold From Dispensers That Are Integrated With The Cash Register System Ensuring The Integrity Of Measurement Data Sent To The Pos System (Or Equivalent System) Of The Cashier.5. All Supplies Mentioned In The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Applicable Quality Standards For Each Of Them, Taking Into Account The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018) And Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Methods For Testing The Quality Of Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1058).6. In The Event Of A Change In Legal Standards Regulating Fuel Quality, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Amended Standards Upon The Entry Into Force Of The Legal Act That Introduces Them.7.Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex 4 To The Swz - Contract Template
