1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services In 2027 For Participants Of The Municipal Center For Seniors And Dependent Persons Project As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development Of Social Services In The Zakliczyn Commune.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Order Covers The Provision Of Catering Services, I.E. Breakfast And Lunch For Approx. 16 People Per Day, On Working Days (Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays) Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 2) The Prepared Meals Must Be Prepared On The Day Of Delivery, Of High Nutritional Value, In Accordance With The Principles Of Mass Catering And Adapted To The Needs Of The Elderly. The Menu Should Be Varied, Taking Into Account The Seasonality Of Products, And Meals Cannot Contain Meat Or Canned Products, Or Be Based On Fast Food. The Use Of Substitute Preparations That Increase The Volume Or Change The Taste, Smell Or Consistency Of Dishes Is Not Allowed.3) The Ordering Party Will Report The Number Of Meals For A Given Day.4) Meals Will Be Delivered Between 12:00 And 12:40. Products Intended For Breakfast Should Be Delivered The Day Before, Along With Lunch, To Ensure Their Freshness And Proper Storage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take The Above Into Account When Planning Deliveries.5) The Maximum Number Of Meal Sets Estimated During The Entire Contract Period Is Up To 4,224 Sets. The Set Includes Breakfast And A Two-Course Lunch.6) Meals Will Be Settled On The Basis Of The Meals Actually Delivered On A Given Day, Confirmed By The Ordering Party.7) Meals Include:• Breakfast: The Ordering Party Requires The Ingredients Needed To Prepare A Nutritious Meal; Breakfasts Should Be Varied, Healthy And Nutritious, Providing The Right Amount Of Energy To Start The Day. The Breakfast May Include Cereal Products (Bread, Cereals), Dairy Products, Meats Or Their Vegetable Substitutes, Fruit And Vegetables.• Two-Course Dinner: Dinner Consists Of Two Courses: Soup And Second Course,  Soup: Should Contain Vegetable Or Meat, Depending On The Menu.. Second Course: Should Be Varied And Provide A Nutritious Meal. The Second Course Should Be Prepared Using Fresh Products, Observing The Principles Of Healthy Eating And Aesthetics Of Serving. During The Week: 3 Times A Dish With Meat Or Fish, 2 Times A Vegetarian (Meatless) Or Semi-Meat Dish.8) Additional Remarks:• All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Current Sanitary Standards.• In The Event Of Menu Changes Or Special Needs Of Participants (Diets, Allergies), The Ordering Party Requires Flexibility In The Execution Of The Order.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt Meals To Meet The Dietary Needs Of The Participants, Agreed With The Head Of The Municipal Center For Seniors And Dependent Persons.10) Containers With Dietary Meals Must Be Marked In A Way That Allows Distinguishing The Type Of Diet.11) The Meals Must Meet The Recommended Caloric Value For The Elderly And The Standards Of Products From Each G
