1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Continuous, Non-Cash, 24-Hour Supply Of Means Of Transport, Equipment And Machines With Motor Fuels. 2. Estimated Fuel Demand During The Order Execution Period: - Diesel Oil - 30,000 L - Unleaded Petrol Pb95 - 3,000 L 3. Estimated Quantities Of Motor Fuels Given In The Swz Are Approximate Values. Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended) And Technical And Quality Requirements Specified In The Current Polish Standard Legal Acts.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Fuel.5. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Gas Stations Be Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Suwałki. Access To The Contractors Gas Station From The Ordering Partys Headquarters Must Be Via Public Roads In Accordance With Road Traffic Regulations. 24-Hour And Every Day Of The Week Order Fulfillment Is Required, The Contractor Must Offer Diesel Oil And Gasoline At The Same Station.  The Supply Of Motor Fuels Will Be Carried Out By Successive, As Needed, Refueling Of The Ordering Partys Means Of Transport, Devices And Machines From Distributors Located At The Contractors Gas Station.  The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Collecting Fuel Into Canisters Or Barrels.  The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Along With The Invoice, With An Attachment With The Wholesale Prices That Were Applicable At The Manufacturer For Each Refueling Day During The Invoice Settlement Period.  During The Winter Period, The Contractor Will Secure Diesel Oil (Winter) Used For Lower Temperatures. The Ordering Party Will Present A List Of Means Of Transport, Machinery And Equipment, As Well As A List Of Persons Authorized To Collect The Subject Of The Order. The List Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel Using Electronic Fuel Cards Issued Free Of Charge By The Contractor At The Written Request Of The Ordering Party Or On The Basis Of An External Issue.  Each Time The Ordering Party Collects Motor Fuel, The Person Authorized By The Ordering Party Will Receive A Document Confirming The Transaction, Specifying The Amount Of Fuel Collected, The Date Of Collection, The Means Of Transport, Machine Or Device Used To Collect It, Or Each Collection Of Engine Fuel By The Ordering Party Will Be Recorded In The Form Of A Wz In The Contractors Electronic System.
