The Service To Be Provided Is The Implementation And Conception Of Training In The Field Of Consulting Roles And Consulting Skills Of The Aiz In English By Qualified Specialists During The Contract Term. The Aim Is To Sign A Contractor With A Team Management And A Pool Of Trainers. There Is An Existing Training That Is Offered As Standard Training Or On Request In Two Different Formats: Face-To-Face (Five Consecutive Days In Germany And Worldwide) And Online (Five Consecutive Days Via Ms Teams). A Follow-Up Learning Offer (Germany And Worldwide) Is To Be Designed In English For Three Days. The Contractor Should Carry Out The Courses From The Aizs Annual Program As Well As Courses On Request. This Includes Annual Planning, The Staffing Of Trainers For The Training, The Implementation Of The Courses As Well As Monitoring And Financial Processing In Accordance With The Clients Requirements. The Contractor Is Expected To Work Closely With Regard To Quality Assurance - The Participation Of The Pool Of Trainers In An Annual Trainer Day, As Well As The Annual Updating Of The Material And, If Necessary, Exercises After Exchange With The Client And In Accordance With The Clients Specifications. A More Extensive Update Of The Material And Adjustment Of The Production Plan Can Also Be Requested Upon Special Written Request And Agreement With The Client. The Contract Term Is 24 Months With The Option To Extend Twice By 12 Months. The Ag Calculates The Total Amount With An Estimated Amount Of 200 Courses For 48 Months. The Maximum Amount Is 224 Courses For 48 Months.
