The Kainuu Welfare Area Is Requesting Offers For The Ups + Supercapacitor Combination To Be Delivered To The Kainuu Central Hospital, Which Will Be Used To Limit And Manage The Power Peaks Of Connecting The Ct Imaging Device To The Backup Power Grid. Tendering For The Procurement Is The Procurement Of Goods Exceeding The Eu Threshold In Accordance With The Procurement Act (Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016). The Ct Imaging Device Takes A Large Amount Of Power During Acceleration (According To The Attached Documents/Pictures), Which Drops Heavily In About Ten (10) Seconds. With The Offered Hardware Solution, This Power Peak Must Be Limited To A Value Where The Current Taken From The Network Is No More Than 3 X 125-140 A. The Supplier Must Size The Equipment Based On The Given Initial Data. The Kainuu Welfare District Will Select One (1) Supplier To Supply The Kainuu Central Hospital. The Contract Period For The Procured Ups+Supercapacitor Must Be Completed By The End Of 2026, And The Commissioning Of The Acquired Equipment Must Be Completed By The Beginning Of 2027 The Information Is Described In This Request For Tenders.
