The Ihk Gesellschaft Für Digitalisierung Mbh (Ihk Gdi), Based In Dortmund, Is The Joint Technology And Competence Center For Service-Oriented Business Applications Of The Chambers Of Industry And Commerce (Ihks) And The Association Of German Chambers Of Industry And Commerce (Dihk) In Germany. As A Central It Service Provider, The Ihk Gdi Has Been Providing Comprehensive Services In The Areas Of It Operations, Application Development, Business Process Solutions And Digital Services For The Organization Of Industry And Chambers Of Commerce For Over 40 Years. The Client For This Award Procedure Is The Ihk Gesellschaft Für Digitalisierung Mbh (Ihk Gdi). The Ihk Gdi Carries Out The Award Procedure In Its Own Name And Under Its Own Responsibility And Concludes The Framework Contract As The Central Contractual Partner. Around 26 Ihks Currently Use The Document Management System Helic From The Provider Iqvia. According To The Provider, This Service Area Will Be Removed From The Service Portfolio And The Helic Product Will Be Discontinued At The End Of 2027. There Is Therefore An Urgent Need For A Successor Solution. The Dms Change Of Up To 26 Ihks Is Planned By December 31, 2027. For The Last Ihks To Be Migrated, The Technical Productive Import Of The Documents Must Have Demonstrably Started By The End Of This Day. Runs That Have Already Started May Then Be Completed.
