Refuse Collection Services – Contract For Delegating The Management Of The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Uat Garoafa, Sl. Bradului, Tîmboești From Jud. Vrancea. The Operator Has The Obligation To Perform The Activity Of Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste Coming From Commercial Activities In Industry And Institutions, Including Separately Collected Fractions, Under The Law, For The Communes Of Garoafa, Sl. Bradului, Timboești. The Delegate Has The Obligation To Collect Separately All Fractions Of Municipal Waste, Including By Type Of Material/Waste, Established And Approved By The Delegate, According To The Provisions Of The Specifications Provided In Annex No. 2 To The Delegation Agreement, As Well As The Changes Made To It, During The Period Of The Agreement. The Delegate Has The Obligation To Collect From The Delegation Area All Waste For The Management Of Which The Delegate Is Responsible Or May Become Responsible, As A Result Of Some Legislative Changes Occurring During The Execution Period Of This Contract, Including Waste Generated Occasionally, Such As: A) Bulky Waste, Including Mattresses And Furniture, At The Request Of The Generators And/Or Based On A Pre-Established Program With The Delegate; B) Waste From Homes, Generated By Their Interior And/Or Exterior Remodeling And Rehabilitation Activities, At The Request Of The Generators; C) Waste From Public Events, At The Request Of The Organizers. The Delegate Has The Obligation To Collect The Abandoned Waste And, If The Generator Of The Waste Is Unknown, The Expenses Related To The Management Of The Waste Will Be Borne By The Delegate. In Order To Fulfill The Object Of This Contract, The Delegate Will Carry Out The Transport Of Waste And/Or Residues Resulting From The Activity Provided To The Waste Installations And/Or To The Warehouse, According To The Waste Flow Provided In Article 22 (Waste Flow And The Relationship With Sanitation Operators/Generators) Of This Contract. 6) Through This Contract, The Delegate Assigns To The Delegate, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Right And Obligation To Administer And Exploit, In Exchange For A Royalty, The Return Goods Provided In Appendices No. 4 And No. 5 To This Contract. At The Date Of Drawing Up The Specification, The Total Number Of Inhabitants In The Delegation Area Is 117,340 Inhabitants In The Rural Area. The List With The Number Of Users And The Number Of Individual Households/Houses In Blocks In The Delegation Area Is Presented In Annex No. 1 The Annual Amount Of Similar Waste Estimated To Be Collected In The First Year Of Operation Is Determined By The Delegate Based On The Historical Data Reported By Operators Regarding The Amounts Of Similar Waste Collected In The Last 12 Months Prior To The Date Of Drawing Up The Award Documentation. The Performance Indicator For The Separate Collection Of Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Recyclable Waste Throughout The Delegation Area Is 70% Of The Total Amount Of Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Generated From Municipal Waste, In Accordance With The
