Wsw Energie & Wasser Ag Intends To Replace An Existing 110 Kv Gas-Insulated Indoor Switchgear In The Wilbergstrasse Substation, Wilbergstrasse 5, 42107 Wuppertal With A New Metal-Encapsulated And Sealed, Factory-Ready, Gas-Insulated Indoor Switchgear. The Switchgear Must Comply With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2024/573 Of The European Union. The New Switchgear Is Designed As A Three-Pole Encapsulated Double Busbar System (2500A) With A Cross Coupling. A Clear, Modular Mechanical Structure Is Required For The Fields. The Effect Of The Internal Arc Fault Must Be Limited To The Affected Gas Space Through Bulkhead Bushings. Each Gas Compartment Must Have Its Own Pressure Relief Device That Allows The Immediate And Safe Escape Of Gas In The Event Of Overpressure During An Internal Arc. According To Iec 62271, Part 203, The Operational Availability Of The System Must Correspond To A Concept According To Mre12. The Switchgear Consists Of The Following Switchgear Panels: A) 3 Cable Panels, 1250A B) 3 Transformer Panels, 300A C) 1 Cross-Coupler With Circuit Breaker, 2500A The New Switchgear Should Be Installed In The Existing System Room And Put Into Operation. The Primary Connection Work Will Be Tendered Separately. The Protection Technology And The Higher-Level Control Technology Of The 110 Kv Switchgear Will Be Tendered Separately. The Field-Related Control And Management Technology (Field Control Devices For Control And System Interlocking Via Iec 61850) Must Also Be Offered. The Existing Switchgear Will Be Dismantled By The Client. A Draft Concept For The Basic System Structure Is Attached. These Concepts Provide A Framework For Planning. Deviations From This Are Permitted Provided That All Essential Requirements Of This Specification Are Met
