The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Multifunctional Devices, Desktop Scanners And A Large-Format Device For Copying, Printing And Scanning, Along With Full Service Support And The Supply Of Consumables And Paper With Technical Parameters Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz), For A Period Of 36 Months Starting From January 1, 2027 Or Until The Amount Specified In § 5 Section Is Exhausted. 1, Depending On Which Event Occurs First.2.Devices Referred To In Section 1, Will Meet, For The Duration Of The Contract, Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Contractors Offer.3.Within 21 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Deliver, Configure And Launch The Devices That Are The Subject Of This Contract At The Indicated Premises Of The Ordering Party And Will Implement An Authorization, Management And Reporting System For The Offered Equipment No Later Than January 2, 2027.4.The Leased Equipment Will Be Delivered, Unloaded, Installed And Presented For Collection In The Buildings Constituting The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. The Devices Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. On May 5.The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Accepted On The Basis Of An Acceptance Protocol Prepared And Signed By Persons Authorized By The Parties To The Contract Immediately After Acceptance, Installation And Checking Of The Equipment. The Report Will Detail The Current Readings Of The Print Counters Of The Delivered Devices.
