The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Historic Defensive Wall In Iłża, The Adjacent Terrace And The Walls Of Neighboring Buildings Adjacent To The Wall. The Scope Of Work Does Not Change The Form Of The Elements Covered By The Study. The Investment Impact Area Includes Plots No. 463/4, 464, 463/6, 463/3. Plots No. 464 And 463/6 Belong To The Commune Of Iłża, Plots No. 463/4 And 463/3 Are Owned By The Cooperative Bank In Iłża And The Parish, Respectively. Assumption Of The Blessed Virgin Mary. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Dismantling The Unused En Connection Mast From The Roof Of The Tenement House On Plot No. 463/6 And Sealing The Hole Left By The Mast Causing Leakage In The Attic; - Initial Algaecide Impregnation Of The Terrace Surface, Walls And Plasters On The Buttress And Gable Wall Of Tenement Houses On Plot No. 463/6 And 463/3 And The Bank Facade In The Ground Floor Area; Washing The Surface In Order To Prepare The Paving For Re-Installation;- Demolition Of The Terrace Surface For Later Reconstruction;- Removal Of Non-Covered Soil From Under The Terrace;- Performing Horizontal Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Gable Wall Of The Tenement House At Plac 11 Listopada 2 (Plot No. 463/6);- Chipping Off Plasters On The Section Of The Gable Wall Of The Tenement House At Plac 11 Listopada 2 (Plot No. 463/6);- Repair Of The Gable Wall Of The Tenement House At Plac 11 Listopada 2 (Plot No. 463/6) By Rebuilding The Brickwork And Sewing Together The Degraded Fragments With Staples;- Installing Vertical Insulation In The Ground In The Section Adjacent To The Terrace - On The Gable Walls Of The Tenement House (Plot No. 463/6) And The Farm Building In The Parish Area (Plot No. 463/3);- Removal Of Secondary Joints From The Stone Thread Of The Wall Relic;- Rebuilding Of Damaged And Degraded Stone Blocks In The Face Of The Wall On Both Sides Above The Ground Level;- Rebuilding Of The Entire Buttress Adjacent To The Gable Wall Of The Tenement House, Including Anchoring To The Wall Using Steel Anchors And Staples;- Rebuilding Of The Last Layer Of Stones From The Top Of The Wall On The Newly Made Secondary Insulation Damp-Proofing Made Of Mineral Sludge; - Cleaning And Impregnation Consolidating The Stone Thread As A Whole. New And Existing. - Execution Of Vertical Insulation In The Ground On The Wall Relic; - Execution Of Plasters On The Buttress And On A Fragment Of The Gable Wall Of The Tenement House (Plot No. 463/6); - Execution Of Elastic Mud Insulation On The Plaster Of The Buttress From Above; - Execution Of New Sheet Metal Work On The Gable Wall Of The Tenement House (Plot No. 463/6). - Reconstruction Of The Terrace Surface Along With The Implementation Of A Stable, Tight Foundation And Horizontal Insulation; - Reconstruction And Preparation Of Joints In The Stone Thread Of The Wall Relic; - Execution Of Gravel Strips In Front Of The Wall Section; - Coloring And Painting; - Re-Algaecide Impregnation Of The Terrace Surface, Walls And Plasters
