1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Multi-Family Residential Annex Building And The Construction Of A Gas Installation At Ul. Lubartowska 27 In Lublin, On Plot No. 13, Precinct 34 - Old Town, Including The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Along With Installations And Land Development. As A Result Of The Reconstruction, Six Residential Premises Will Be Created, Including One Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, As Well As Technical Rooms And Storage Rooms In The Basement.2.The Scope Of Work Includes: 2.1. Works Covered By The Design Documentation:• Reconstruction Of The Existing Annex Building, Including Changing The Number And Functional Arrangement Of Residential Premises, Construction Of New Partition Walls And The Necessary Construction And Finishing Works;• Reconstruction Of The Basement Rooms, Including The Construction Of Six Storage Rooms, Technical Rooms And Internal Communication;• Strengthening The Ground Under The Existing Foundations Of The Building By Pressure Injection With Cement Grout, In Accordance With The Current Design Documentation And Geotechnical Opinion, Along With Performing The Required Tests And Checking The Ground Before Starting The Works;• Construction Of New Foundation Elements And Necessary Reinforcements And Repairs Of The Building Structure;• Replacement Of Existing Wooden Ceilings With New Ceilings With The Required Fire Resistance, Using Wps Boards On Steel Beams, In Accordance With The Design Documentation;• Liquidation Of The Existing Staircase With An Entrance From The Neighboring Plot No. 12 And Construction Of A New Staircase With An Entrance From The South, From The Property No. 27;• Liquidation Of The Existing Entrances To Residential Premises And Basements, Secondary Entrance Annexes, External Stairs, Communication Gallery And Balcony, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation;• Replacement Of The Roof Structure And Covering, Restoring Its Current Shape And Dimensions, Preserving And Reusing Elements Of The Historic Roof Truss And Formwork Suitable For Further Use, Along With Performing The Necessary Repairs, Reinforcements, Security And Sheet Metal Work;• Repairing And Rebuilding The Building Walls, Providing Moisture And Thermal Insulation And Insulating The Walls External Mineral Wool And Attic Ceiling;• Construction Of The Façade Along With The Reconstruction And Addition Of Historical Architectural Elements, Including Wooden Elements Referring To The Former Communication Gallery, Blinds, Arcades, Bay Windows And Balustrades, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Conservation Protection Requirements;• Construction Of New And Reconstruction Of Existing Sanitary Installations, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, Along With The Equipment Of All Premises Residential Buildings With Individual Dual-Function Condensing Gas Boilers;• Construction Of An External Gas Installati
