The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of Sp Zoz Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe Mswia In Krynica-Zdrój - Delivery Of Frozen Food And Fish 2026/2027 In The Assortment Specified In Annex No. 7 To Swz.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: 15896000-5 Deep-Frozen Products03311000-2 Fish15220000-6 Frozen Fish, Fish Fillets And Other Fish Meat15331170-9 Frozen Vegetables15311200-3 Potatoes, Cut Or Sliced And Other Frozen Potatoes15311100-2 Chips And Fries3. Deliveries Will Be Made Twice A Week On The Days Indicated By The Ordering Party Between 6:00 A.M. And 10:00 A.M. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood, In Particular, As The Delivery Of Products To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Warehouse Rooms Intended For Storing This Type Of Products. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Give The Ordering Party Free Of Charge 3 (Three) Freezers For The Entire Duration Of The Agreement. The Delivered Devices Must Be Fully Functional, In Good Technical Condition And Meet All Standards Necessary For Their Safe And Proper Use. Delivery And Collection Of The Devices Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure The Efficient Operation Of The Equipment Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Agreement, Including Carrying Out Necessary Maintenance, Inspections And Repairs At Its Own Expense. In The Event Of A Failure Of Any Of The Freezers, The Contractor Undertakes To Repair It Or Provide A Replacement Device With Inferior Technical Parameters Within 48 Hours From The Moment The Failure Is Reported By The Ordering Party. After The End Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Will Return The Equipment To The Contractor In A Condition Not Deteriorated Resulting From Normal Wear And Tear.
