1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Furniture As Part Of The Project Improvement Of Work Ergonomics In The Lubartów City Hall. The Order Includes: A) Ergonomic Chairs - 61 Pcs. B) Ergonomic Desks In A Set With A Container Under The Desk - 15 Pcs. C) Leg Pads - 19 Pcs. 2) As Part Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Deliver Brand New Equipment, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Carry Out A Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights Of The Equipment, Together With Its Transport, Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), B) Providing The Instructions Required For Operation In Polish (If Applicable), C) Providing Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. (If Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product) As Well As Certificates, Attestations, Certificates Of Approval For Use, Etc. Or Other Documentation Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Confirming That The Offered Items Meet The Standards Required By Law And Are Approved For Use On The Polish Market. 3) The Order Is Implemented Under Priority Ix Meeting The Needs Of The Labor Market, Measure 9.5 Protection Of The Working Environment Of The European Funds For Lublin Program 2021-2027.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5) The Contractor Must Offer A Warranty Period Of 24 To 48 Months For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Counting From The Date Of Drawing Up The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, The Contractor Must Undertake To Repair Any Faults And Defects Free Of Charge During The Warranty Period On The Terms And Deadlines Specified In The Contract And The Warranty Card.
