The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: A) One Piece Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Equipment, Technical Documentation, Operator Training And Warranty. The Backhoe Loader Will Be Used To Carry Out Tasks Related To Civil Protection And Civil Defense, In Particular When Removing The Effects Of Random Events, Natural Disasters, Failures Of Critical Infrastructure, Flooding, Local Threats And Other Crisis Situations Requiring Immediate Technical Action By The Ordering Party. It Must Be Adapted To Move Within The Commune And City Of Olesno And Adjacent Areas, Including Crossings Through Arch Culverts Under Railway Lines, Work On Embankments, Where Visibility Of The Extreme Position Of All 4 Wheels Is Required And The Front And Rear Wheels Follow The Same Track To Enable The Machine To Move On Embankments. It Must Be Adapted To Transport Long Loads Such As Power Poles And Fallen Trees On The Front Forks Or Bucket With Protection Against Accidental Loss Of Stability Of The Oscillating Suspension System Of The Drive Axle. The Machine Must Be Complete, Brand New, Unused, Free From Legal And Technical Defects, Ready For Use As Intended And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. The Machine Must Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Regulations And Have The Documents Required For Its Intended Use.
