1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New, Complete And Technically Efficient Tank Trailer With A Nominal Capacity Of 8,000 Liters, Intended For The Transport Of Drinking Water. The Trailer Must Be Ready For Use As Intended, Equipped With The Required Installations And Documentation. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions That Meet All Minimum Functional And Technical Requirements Indicated In The Opz. The Trailer Must Be Suitable For First Registration In Poland And For Legal Movement On Public Roads After Registration And Fulfillment Of Statutory Obligations. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Have Technical Parameters In Accordance With Annex No. 10.1 To The Swz.
