1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Subscription And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Subscribed Foreign Scientific Journals (Hereinafter Referred To As Journals) In The Years 2027 - 2028, Along With Online Access To The Electronic Version Of Selected Journals. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Comprehensive Customs Services For Deliveries Of Subscription Magazines. Customs Services Will Be Included In The Final Price Of The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Not Incur Any Additional Costs On This Account.2) An Alphabetical List Of Magazines That Will Be Subject To Subscription And Delivery Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Specification. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of An Alphabetical List Of Ordered Magazines Is Attached As Annex 2 To The Swz. 4) The Contract Will Be Implemented In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028. Final Delivery Date Of Subscribed Magazines - Up To 9 Months From December 31, 2028.5) Period Of Delivery Of Magazines: A) From European Countries - 4 Weeks B) From Other Countries Of The World - 8 Weeks6) Delivery Address: Scientific Information Center And Academic Library. Bankowa 11A, 40-007 Katowice7) The Deadline For Considering A Complaint (Providing A Response To The Ordering Partys Complaint) Is A Maximum Of 11 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complaint From The Ordering Party.
