1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery And Installation Of An Ophthalmological Tomograph For The Ophthalmological Clinic Of The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała - Part 1; In The Types Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Specification Of Contract Terms, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Specification And Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Specification Of Contract.Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport, Unloading And Installation, Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.3.The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By A Grant From The Silesian Voivodeship.
