The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Security Services For Persons And Property In Facilities Occupied By The Marshals Office Of The Opole Voivodeship (Hereinafter: Umwo), As Part Of The Basic Order And Under The Option Right. The Contract Execution Period Is 24 Months. Estimated Start Date Of The Contract: No Earlier Than January 1, 2027. If It Is Not Possible To Start The Contract On January 1, 2027, The Service Completion Date Will Start From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Service Of Protection Of Persons And Property Includes The Following Tasks:1.Implementation Of Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property At Posts In The Ordering Partys Facilities.2.Video Monitoring - Monitoring Images From Closed-Circuit Television (Cctv) Systems In Real Time At The Ordering Partys Posts.3.24-Hour Monitoring Of Alarm Signals From The Local Alarm System Located In The Facilities Occupied By The Ordering Party, As Well As Upon Direct Call From Security Posts And By The Ordering Party - Upon The Arrival Of The Intervention Group. The Basic Order Concerns The Provision Of The Service Of Protection Of Persons And Property Covering A Maximum Of 35,688 Man-Hours (Rg.). The Order Concerns The Provision Of The Service Of Protection Of Persons And Property In The Following Facilities: A) Training, Conference And Administrative Facility (Including Office Rooms) In Opole At Ul. Ostrówek 5A, B) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Ostrówek 5, C) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Krakowska 38, D) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Hallera 9, E) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Żeromskiego 3, F) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Piastowska 12,G) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Piastowska 13, H) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Barlickiego 17, I) Office Building In Opole At Ul. Leona Powolnego 8. The Order Under The Option Law Concerns The Provision Of Protection Services For Persons And Property. The Expected Maximum Number Of Man-Hours Of The Order Under The Option Right: 15,670 Rg. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Use The Order Under The Option Right In The Event Of A Need To Increase The Number Of Man-Hours Of The Posts In Relation To The Number Of Man-Hours Under The Basic Order, Or The Need To Ensure Protection In Connection With The Commencement Of Work By The Marshals Office Of The Opole Voivodeship On Non-Working Days, Or The Need To Increase The Staffing Of The Station. Moreover, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To Open A Security Post In The Facility Located In Opole At Ul. Ostrówek 5 If The Ordering Party Is Unable To Provide A Facility Service Employee On Its Own. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide A Coordinator Whose Tasks Are Described In Detail In The Order Documents And To Provide An Intervention Group Ready To Act At Any Time When Called By The Ordering Party And From Security Posts.
