On The East Side There Is The Stage With The Dressing Rooms And Other Outbuildings Below, On A Semi-Basement Floor. In The Western Part It Is Next To The City Hall Offices. The Following Aspects Have Been Detected To Be Adapted According To The Regulations: - The Assembly Hall Does Not Have Sufficient Means Of Evacuation For The Calculated Occupancy According To Db-Si. - The Roof Structure Has No Documentation Attesting Its Fire Resistance. There Are No Fire Detection Systems. - It Does Not Have Accessible Toilets And The Total Number Is Less Than Necessary. - Lack Of Ventilation Systems. - Lack Of Emergency Lighting. - The Electrical Installation Has Insufficient Power For Current Needs And The Situation Will Worsen With The Air Conditioning Installation.
