The Offer Should Be Prepared Based On The Functional And Utility Program With Annexes (Appendix No. 8 To Swz) And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractors Offer Price Should Also Include Works And Installation Elements That Have Not Been Specified And Are Necessary For The Correct And Uninterrupted Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant And Required Maintenance Works, As Well As To Obtain A Guarantee Of Efficient And Failure-Free Operation. Note: Complete Sewage Treatment Plants Must Be Tested In Accordance With The Pn-En:12566-3 + A2:2013 Standard And Marked With The Ce Mark.
