The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called: Replacement Of Dampers And Controls And Installation Of A Monitoring System At The Fabryka/Agromet Water Treatment Station, Kunów Commune As Part Of The Task Called: Safe And Resilient Water Management In The Kunów Commune - Modernization Of Water Supply Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Modernization And Expansion Of The Existing Technological Infrastructure Of The Fabryka/Agromet Water Treatment Plant In The Kunów Commune, Consisting In Particular In The Replacement Of Dampers And Pneumatic Drives, Modernization Of Control Systems And Expansion Of The Monitoring And Visualization System Of Device Operation. The Ordering Party Requires Ensuring Full Compatibility Of The Supplied Devices And Technical Solutions With The Existing Technological Infrastructure And The Functioning Hydronet Monitoring And Visualization System, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Order Documentation And The Technical And Organizational Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works, Which Can Be Determined During The Mandatory On-Site Visit, In Particular Regarding Existing Installations, Installation Dimensions, Arrangement Of Devices And The Need To Maintain The Continuity Of Operation Of The Water Treatment Plant.2. The Order Concerns The Modernization Of Technological Equipment (Replacement Of Dampers And Controls And Installation Of A Monitoring System) At The Fabryka/Agromet Water Treatment Station In The Kunów Commune, Which Is A Technical Facility Not Intended For General Use By Natural Persons. Due To The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Consists In Replacing Elements Of A Technological Installation, And Not In Shaping Public Space Available To The General Public Or Employees, Detailed Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled Persons Within The Meaning Of Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793) And Art. 2 Points 1 - 2 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 1411 And 731) Is Considered Unjustified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order. However, The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Order Does Not Create New Barriers In The Use Of Existing Accesses And Rooms And Is Carried Out Taking Into Account The Principle Of Reasonable Improvements In The Organization Of Work.3.
