1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Recreational And Tourist Areas On Lake Middle In Bytnica, On Plot No. 16/2, And On Lake Wiedze In Wiedze, On Plot No. 76/150, By Constructing Publicly Available Infrastructure For Recreation And Relaxation. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation And Tidying Up Of The Areas Covered By The Investment And Performance Of The Necessary Earthworks And Leveling;2) Construction Of Hardened Pedestrian Paths With A Mineral Surface;3) Construction Of Hardened Parking Spaces For Cars And Infrastructure For Bicycles;4) Construction Of Two Recreational Piers With A Wooden Structure;5) Construction Of Two Wooden Recreational Shelters Equipped With Tables And Benches, Along With Places For A Bonfire;6) Construction Of Places Intended For Rest And Recreation;7) Construction Of Small Architectural Elements, In Particular Benches, Outdoor Deckchairs, Waste Bins And Information Boards And Others Specified In The Technical Documentation;8) Implementation Of Other Elements Of Land Development That Improve Its Functionality And Aesthetics;9) Implementation Of Accompanying Greenery, Including Naturalistic Plantings, And Tidying Up Biologically Active Areas;10) Tidying Up The Areas Covered By The Works After The Completion Of The Investment. The Preferred Materials For Implementation Are To Be Consistent With The Surroundings - Made Of Natural Materials Or Composites Styled To Look Like Natural Wood, Taking Into Account The Solutions Specified In The Design Documentation. The Project Provides For Piers Anchored On The Shore, Using The Technology Of Floating Piers Or Built On Piles. The Communication Development Also Includes The Construction Of Access And Parking Spaces In Bytnica And A Parking Lot At Lake Wiedze, In Accordance With The Design Documentation.2.
