The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of An Existing Building For Civil Defense Purposes, I.E. Renovation Of A Warehouse Building For Civil Defense Purposes - Basic Works. The Scope Of The Renovation Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Works: Preparation And Repair Of Subfloors And Construction Of Self-Leveling Floors; Renovation And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Restoration Of Paneling, Installation Of Mineral Wool Insulation, Vapor Barrier And Plasterboard Ceiling Cladding; Installation Of A Door Grill On The Street Side; Preparatory And Cleaning Works And Removal Of Waste Related To This Scope,2) Electrical And Telecommunications Works: Cabling And Switchboards, Generator-Network Switch, Fire Protection Switch; Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Electrical Installation Equipment; Lan Network, Cctv Monitoring, Intrusion Detection System And Access Control Elements; Lightning Protection And Earthing Installation; Necessary Earthworks And Surface Reconstruction, System Tests And Staff Training, 3) Measurements Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Including Circuits, Lightning Protection Installations, Earthing And Transmission Tracks, In Accordance With The Cost Estimate Of The Electrical Industry, 4) Sanitary Industry: Central Heating, Hot Water, Sewage And Ventilation Installations, As Well As: 5) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 6) It Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Attached Executive Documentation, Specifying In Detail The Scope Subject Of The Order: A) A Complex Of Four Warehouse Buildings - Adaptation For The Needs Of The Oc Warehouse - Architectural And Construction Industry, Designed By M.Sc. Eng. Arch. Marcin Bujnowski;B) A Complex Of Four Warehouse Buildings - Adaptation For The Needs Of The Oc Warehouse - Electrical Industry, By M.Sc. Eng. Tomasz Pacyna; C) A Complex Of Four Warehouse Buildings - Adaptation For The Needs Of The Oc Warehouse - Sanitary Industry, By M.Sc. Eng. Krzysztof Bystrzycki;D) Stwior;E) Bills Of Quantities For Individual Industries - Ancillary.7) The Scope Of Construction Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Building, Excluding External Partitions And Structural Elements, Therefore, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act, It Does Not Require The Consent Of The Architectural And Construction Administration Body. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To Swz). The Task Is Co-Financed With Funds From The State Budget Of Own Tasks From Area Ii And Implemented From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc Program).
