The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Revitalization Of The Municipal Square In The Town Of Obsza As Part Of The Project Entitled: Revitalization Of The Municipal Square In The Town Of Obsza.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of An Outdoor Stage/Amphitheater With A Roof, Entrance Stairs And A Ramp For The Disabled, And Hardening The Area Around The Facility With Water-Permeable Paving Stones, 2) Hardening The Area In Front Of The Amphitheater With Water-Permeable Paving Stones, 3) Hardening The Area For Exhibition Stands With Water-Permeable Paving Stones, 4) Construction Of Promenades, Sidewalks And Walkways With Paving Stones Permeable To Water, (According To Detailed Drawings), 5) Installation Of Information Boards In Braille And Qr Codes, 6) Construction Of A Plant And Flower Bed, 7) Construction Of An Openwork Fence Made Of Gabions, 8) Installation Of Small Architecture (Pergolas, Multimedia Park Benches, Park Benches, Park Perches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks), 9) Construction Of A Mast With The Polish Flag, 10) Planting Ornamental Trees, 11) Installation Of Park Lighting, 12) Installation Of Power Connections To Exhibition Stands. 13) Installation Of Power Connections To The Amphitheater, 14) Installation Of An Induction Loop. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation, Including; - Architectural And Construction Designs, - Technical Designs, - Land Development Design, - Specifications Of Small Architecture And Equipment. 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 3.1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Of Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 3.1) And The Stwiorb. If The Content Of The Design Documentation And The Stwiorb Contain Any Provisions Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Are Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
