The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Renovation Of Bathrooms Located Next To Rest Rooms In The Building Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Brzeg At Ul. Saperska 16. The Basic Scope Includes The Renovation Of 4 Bathrooms (Ł-1–Ł-4), While Under The Option Law, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Ordering The Renovation Of A Maximum Of 2 Additional Bathrooms (Ł-5–Ł-6). The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Dismantling Existing Installations And Equipment, Demolition And Preparatory Works, Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations And Central Heating, Adaptation Of Electrical Installations, Waterproofing, Ceramic Cladding, Suspended Ceilings, Installation Of Doors, Sanitary Facilities, Fittings, Lighting And Other Equipment, As Well As Carrying Out Tests, Measurements And As-Built Documentation. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Stages In An Active Facility Of The State Fire Service, While Maintaining The Continuity Of The Units Operation. The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Swz, Opz, Design Documentation, Stwiorb And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
