Prof. Rudolf Ranoszek In Jastrzębie-Zdrój, With Delivery, Commissioning, Configuration And Assembly To The Extent Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Part 1 - Computer Equipment And Printing Devices. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of A Brand New One, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test The Correct Operation Of The From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights For Hardware, Equipment And Software To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, Together With Their Transport, Bringing, Setting And Assembly/Installation (If Applicable) In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, B) Delivery Of The Required Operating Instructions In Polish (If Applicable) Together With The Order, C) Delivery Of Technical And Operational Documentation Related To With The Subject Of The Order, D) Providing, Together With The Order, The Manufacturers Warranty Documents And The Contractors Warranty Document, As Well As All Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product). Part 1 Of The Procedure Includes The Following Items: A1 - Laptop (12 Pcs.), A2 - Multifunction Inkjet Device (4 Pcs.), A5 - Tablet With Stylus And Keyboard (8 Pcs.) Pcs.), A6 - Tablet (20 Pcs.), A8 - Wardrobe-Cart For Charging Tablets (1 Pc.), A11 - Monochrome Laser Printer (1 Pc.) - Including Delivery, Commissioning, Configuration And Assembly To The Extent Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1.1 To Swz). Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Material And Quantity Description, Technical Parameters And Requirements. Functional Requirements, General Requirements, Warranty And Service Conditions, Delivery And Acceptance Conditions And Quality Standards, Are Specified In Annexes No. 1.1-1.3 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Of The Order). Warranty (Chapter 4 Of The Swz): The Quality Warranty Period For Each Item (A1-A11) Is Min. 24 Months Or A Longer Period Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer For A Given Part Of The Order, The Same For All Items Of Equipment In This Part (Offer Evaluation Criteria - Chapter 17 Of The Swz), Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Part Of The Order Covering This Item, Also The Acceptance Report With Reservations Regarding Defects Or Insignificant Non-Compliances (Designed Provisions Of The Contract). The Equipment In Each Item Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty For A Period Of Min. 12 Months, And In Positions A1, A3, A5 And A6 - For A Period Of Min. 24 Months.
