The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning And Testing Of An Integrated It/Ot Cybersecurity Infrastructure As Part Of The Cybersafe Waterworks Project, Including 17 Items Of Equipment For Pgkgl Sp. Z O. O., Including Installations At The Headquarters And In 12 Technological Facilities. The Detailed Scope And Requirements Are Specified In The Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz).2. Equivalence: Whenever Opz Refers To A Manufacturer, Product, Technology Or Trademark, It Should Be Understood With The Note Or Equivalent. Solutions That Provide At Least The Parameters, Functions, Security Level, Interoperability, Warranty And Support Required In The Opz Are Acceptable. The Contractor Offering An Equivalent Solution Demonstrates Compliance With These Requirements With Technical Documentation And - If Applicable - An Equivalence Table (Annex No. 5). Valuation And Settlement Are Carried Out Separately For All 17 Items Of The Grant Application, Including S28 It/Ot And O41 It/Ot; Common Technical Software Is Allowed While Maintaining Two Identifiable Scopes, Prices And Acceptances. The Contractor Maintains The Order And Full Identification Of The 17 Opz Lines. Line 7 Stands For The Backup Server And Line 11 Stands For The Application And Technical Server; Both Are Separate Wod Items Marked S13. They Must Be Valued, Disclosed In The Offer Documents And Collected Separately. Working Auxiliary Notes Are Not Separate Codes From The Wod. The Descriptive Distinction Does Not Authorize Double Financing Of One Device. In Item S13, The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of One Physical, Multi-Functional Server Platform And The Preparation Of Two Logically Separated Virtual Environments: A - Application Environment, Prepared To Launch Pgkgl Electronic Customer Service Services Made Available Via Www/Https, With Support For User Accounts, Information And Documents; B – Technical, Intended For Cooperation With Cybersecurity Tools, Including Log Analysis And Aggregation, Resource Monitoring And Handling Of Reports And Incidents. The Contractor Provides The Required Resources, Platform Licenses, Separation, Configuration And Tests Of Both Environments For One S13 Price, In Accordance With Opz. The Subject Of This Item Is Not The Provision Of A Separate, Target Application For Customer Service Not Indicated In The Opz. Item O44 Covers Tls/Ssl Protection Of Pgkgl Websites, Including Web Interfaces Of Electronic Customer Service Services And Security Tools Covered By The Order. The Quote Covers Implementation, Continued Validity And All Required Renewals For 36 Months From Final Acceptance. S13, S28 It/Ot And O41 It/Ot Maintain Separate Cost Bands; Double Settlement Of The Same Devices, Licenses Or Services Is Not Allowed. The Technical Description S13 And O44 Contained In The Swz And Opz Does Not Replace The Approved Grant Application Or Determine The Admissibility Of Changing The Purpose Of Expenditure.
