1) The Subject Is The Successive Deliveries Of Licenses And Office Software Made Under The Microsoft Product And Services (Mpsa) Contract Number 4100021400 Of The Ministry Of Science And Higher Education For The University Of Silesia In Katowice In The Following Categories: Applications, Systems And Servers. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Fulfillment Of All Services That The Licensor - Microsoft Imposes On The Servicing Entity - Contractor (Distribution Of Software And Related Care), B) Providing The Ordering Party With A Technical Support System Related To The Software That Is The Subject Of The Order, Via Telephone Or E-Mail, C) Providing (At The Ordering Partys Request) Reports On Purchases Made, D) Providing The Ordering Party (Monthly) Via E-Mail With Lists Of Products Along With The Price (Including The Discount), E) Delivering Keys And Documents Certifying The License Electronically Or Making Them Available On The Licensors Or The Contractors Website. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: - Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; - An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law5) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months, Or Until The Amount Intended To Finance The Order (Which Constitutes The Value Of The Contract) Is Exhausted - Depending On Which Of These Situations Occurs First, And The Loss Of The Licensing Solution Providers (Lsp) Authorization By The Contractor Always Results In Termination Of The Contract. 6) Deadline For Processing License Orders (Invoice Delivery) – Up To 5 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order.
