The Car Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Technically Efficient, Free From Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects And Free From Legal Defects, Technically Efficient - With A Valid Technical Inspection For A Minimum Of 3 Years.2. The Subject Of This Order Referred To In Section 1 Of This Chapter, Covers The Purchase Of A Passenger Car With A Diesel Engine, 1 Pc. 3. The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997.
