The Subject Of The Order Includes Daily Transport Of Students From Their Place Of Residence To School And Back From School To Their Place Of Residence, On School Days, Excluding Breaks Provided For In The Organization Of The School Year. Part I Transport To The Special Educational And Educational Center Named After J. Korczak In Konin1) Route: A) Transport (30 Km): Ślesin - Pogoń Gosławicka - Licheń Stary - Konin B) Transport (30 Km): Konin - Licheń Stary - Pogoń Gosławicka - Ślesin 2) Estimated Quantities: A) Number Of Students: 2, B) Estimated Number Of Transport Kilometers On School Days: 6,420 Km. The Given Distances Do Not Include Access To The Starting Point Of The Courses And Exits To The Parking Place, C) Number Of Days Of School From January To June 2027: 107 Days.2. Additional Information And Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) Stops On The Route Are Designated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Towns Indicated Above. The Destination Stop Is At An Educational Institution. The Exact Pick-Up Addresses Of Students Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Day Of Signing The Contract.2) The Number Of Students And Towns Indicated Above And The Exact Residential Addresses May Change During The Term Of The Contract.3) Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended).4) Delivery Cannot Start Earlier Than Hours 7:00 And Arrive At School No Later Than 7:50, So That Students Start Classes At 8:00.5) The Contractor Will Establish The Final Timetable In Consultation With The Ordering Party.6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Students Transported On Individual Lines. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Transport Service With A Vehicle Capable Of Transporting A Given Number Of People. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation, An Appropriate License To Perform Domestic Road Transport In The Scope Of Transporting Passengers In A Motor Vehicle Designed To Transport More Than 7 And Not More Than 9 People, Including The Driver. 8) Students Will Be Transported On The Routes Designated By The Ordering Party. In Justified Situations - Sudden And Unexpected Street Closures Or Difficulties Preventing Travel On Streets Where Transport Takes Place In Accordance With Established Routes, The Contractor Will Be Able To Decide To Change The Route. In Such A Situation, Students Should Be Transported On A Route As Close As Possible To The Primary Route. In The Event Of Planned Street Closures, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Alternative Route Proposal To The Ordering Party For Approval In Advance For The Duration Of Disruptions/Closures.9) Students Will Be Transported To The School Facility On School Days, Based On The Regulation Of The Minister Of National
