The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A License For The Artifactory Enterprise X Software Along With The Manufacturers Warranty Or Equivalent.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 3.1. Delivery Of Artifactory Enterprise X Software Licenses For 3 Servers Or Delivery Of An Equivalent Solution. 3.2. Ensuring The Functionalities Specified In Opz.3.3. Providing A Warranty In Accordance With Point 7 Of This Opz.3.4.Providing Access Data And License Documents, Including Keys, Activation Codes And Activation Instructions.3.5.Providing Full Technical And Administrative Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Opz4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
