The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Complete Design, Obtaining Administrative Authorizations And Construction Of A Municipal Hangar For Technical And Logistical Purposes, Intended For The Garage And Maintenance Of Vehicles, The Storage Of Machines, Materials, Parts And Consumables, As Well As The Development Of A Higher Level Intended In Particular For Carpentry, Welding And Painting Workshops. The Contract Constitutes A Public Works Contract Including The Design And Execution Of A Work. It Includes All Architectural, Stability, Civil Engineering, Fire Safety, Energy Performance, Environmental And Coordination Studies Necessary For The Complete Completion Of The Work, Even When Certain Interior Techniques Are Carried Out Subsequently By The Contracting Authority.
