Description The Client Invites A Competition For The Acquisition Of Two Identical, Advanced Inverted Fluorescence Microscopes (System Microscopes) With The Option Of A Camera And Software For Oslo University Hospital Hf (Ous). The Systems Are To Be Used At The Department Of Microbiology, The Research Section, Cell Culture And Virology (Bsl3 Laboratory), And At The Department Of Pharmacology. The Microscopes Are To Be Used In Research And Laboratory Work With Cell Cultures, For Microscopic Assessment And Quantitative Analysis Of Cell Cultures Either With Phase Contrast Or Fluorescence. Primarily, They Are To Be Used For Routine Assessment Of Cell Morphology, Confluence And Detection Of Cytopathic Effect (Cpe) After Viral Infection. In Addition, They Are To Be Used For Multi-Channel Fluorescence Microscopy For Documentation And Quantitative Analysis Of Fluorescently Labeled Cells. In Addition, An Option For A Further Corresponding Fluorescence Microscope As Well As Service Agreements And Service Services Are To Be Offered.
