Development And Implementation Of An Information System For Integrated Agricultural Statistics (Isiss)The Main Activities That Form The Scope Of The Project Are:Activity 1 Development And Implementation Of A Software Application For An Information System For The Collection, Validation, Processing And Dissemination Of Statistical Information.It Is Expected That A Software Product Will Be Developed Through Which Individual Data From Farmers Will Be Collected, Validated And Processed. The Software Shall Contain A Subsystem Development Module, A Gis Module, An E-Survey Module, A Validation And Validation Reporting Module, A Data Processing Module, A Reference Module, A System User Entitlement Module, A Registries Module, A Nomenclature Module And A Public Site. Integration With Other Information Systems And With The Statistical Register Of Agricultural Holdings (Object Of This Order) Is Expected.In The 2026 Survey, It Is Expected To Collect Data On Around 40,000 Farms, With Up To 350 Users Expected To Use The System Simultaneously. The Censuses Are Expected To Collect Data On Around 120,000 Farmers;Activity 2 Development Of A Statistical Register Of Agricultural Holdings.A Statistical Register Of Agricultural Holdings (Rsrs) Is Expected To Be Developed, Which Should Hold Individual Information On Agricultural Holdings And Ensure The Management Of The Life Cycle Of Farm Data. Srzs Must Contain Data For The Identification Of Holdings, Data On Activity, Data On Agricultural Activity, On Crop Production And On Animal Production. The Srs Must Be Integrated With The Software Application Of The Information System Through Which The Statistical Information Will Be Collected, Validated And Processed. Srzs Must Be Integrated With The Gis-Part Of The System;Activity 3 Data Migration.The Contractor Is Expected To Migrate The Data From The Existing Databases To The Available Agricultural Statistics Information System (Isas). The Data For The Census Of Agricultural Holdings In The Republic Of Bulgaria In 2020 And For The Integrated Statistics For Agricultural Holdings (Ifs) From 2023 And The Collected Data For Ifs2026 Must Be Migrated. Data From The Existing Statistical Register Of Agricultural Holdings Must Be Migrated. The Data To Be Migrated Is Stored In Sql Databases;Activity 4 Conducting Trainings And Developing Supporting Information Materials For Working With The System:- User Group 1 – Administrators – 4 Pcs.;- User Group 2 - Experts Of The Ministry Of Health - 15 Pcs.;- User Group 3 – Odz Experts – 70 Pcs.The Trainings Should Be Organized In Groups Of Up To 20 People.Activity 5 Warranty Support.
