The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Improve The Social Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Haskovo By Building A Residential Care Center For Adults With Sensory Disabilities.For The Object Residential Care Center For Adults With Sensory Disabilities With Location Pi No. 77195.719.22, Upi Xxxiv, Quarter 472B According To The Current Regulatory Plan Of The Town Of Haskovo, Municipality Of Haskovo, It Was Evaluated And Approved On 15.09.2026. An Investment Project Containing The Following Parts: Architectural, Structural, Interior And Furnishing Electrical, Plumbing, Geodesy, Hvac, Energy Efficiency, Fire Safety, Park Planning And Improvement, Pbz And Puso. All Construction And Assembly Works Must Be Performed According To The Approved Investment Project. Building Permit No. 391/16.09.2026 Was Issued For The Site. From Vrid Chief Architect Of Haskovo Municipality. The Construction Is The V-Th Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 5, A Of Zut.All Types Of Works And The Corresponding Quantities Are Described In Detail In The Attached Bill Of Quantities, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Approved Investment Project And Of This Public Procurement.
