The Order Is Divided Into 10 Separate Items:Op1 Supply Of Medical Devices For Osteosynthesis - Bone Plates And Screws With An Estimated Value Of 75,000 Euros Without Vat;Op2 Components For Cement-Retained Hip Replacement With An Estimated Value Of €69,000 Excluding Vat;Op3 Total Hip For Cementless Fixation With An Estimated Value Of €83,000 Excluding Vat;Op4 Total Knee Arthroplasty With An Estimated Value Of 132,000 Euros Without Vat;Op5 Partial Knee Replacement With An Estimated Value Of 11,000 Euros Without Vat;Op6 Components For Revision Hip Endoprosthesis With An Estimated Value Of 31,000 Euros Without Vat;Op7 Components For Hip Endoprosthesis With Short Anatomic Cementless Stems With An Estimated Value Of Eur 45,000 Excluding Vat;Op8 Total Hip Endoprosthesis With Cementless Fixation And Polyethylene With Vit. E And Ceramic Head With An Estimated Value Of 77,000 Euros Without Vat;Op9 Unipolar Hip Endoprosthesis With An Estimated Value Of 12,000 Euros Without Vat;Op10 Hip Spacer With An Estimated Value Of 22,500 Euros Without Vat.Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement - 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Through Periodic Deliveries According To Preliminary Requests By Type And Quantity.Option: In The Event That A New Contract With The Same Subject Has Not Been Concluded By The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract, The Term Of The Contract May Be Extended Until The Conclusion Of A New One, But Not More Than 12 Months, By Means Of An Additional Agreement Signed Between The Parties.The Term For Delivery Of The Requested Quantities Of Products Is Up To 3 (Three) Days From Receipt Of The Request. The Deadline For Delivery In Case Of An Urgent Request Is Up To 6 (Six) Hours From Its Receipt.
