The Dsp Is Created For The Supply Of Medical Devices Necessary For Conducting Hemodialysis Treatment In The Department Of Dialysis Treatment Of The Medical Center Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven. The Contracting Authority Announces The Present Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement Within The Framework Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsp) With The Tin In Rop T607827 On The Basis Of Art. 86, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 75 Zop And Art. 73, Para. 1 And Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Zop. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 21 /Twenty One/ Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than 01.01.2027. The Types Of Products, Subject Of This Public Order, Must Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Pharmacy Of Mbal Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven Jsc, At The Address: Sliven, Hristo Blvd. Botev No. 1.The Estimated Value Of This Limited Procedure Is In The Amount Of 38,975.00 Euros (Thirty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred And Seventy-Five Euros) Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Order Includes All Costs Related To The Quality And Timely Execution Of The Specific Order (Delivery Costs And All Other Taxes And Fees Are Included). Each Of The Contracts Is Subject To Taxes And Fees, Incl. Vat, According To The Legislation Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Separate Items - This Procedure Is Divided Into Separate Items/Nomenclatures With Sub-Nomenclature Units (Lines). Participants Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Nomenclature With Sub-Nomenclature Units (Rows). The Condition For Completeness Of The Offer For Each Nomenclature Is Mandatory !!!Nomenclature And Corresponding And Sub-Nomenclature Lines/Units/ Are Offered.
