Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Overall Management Of Medium-Term Measures, Thunstrasse West/East. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Awarding Of A Mandate For The Overall Management (Gl) For The Medium-Term Measures Thunstrasse West And East Across Sia Phases 32 To 53. The Gl Takes Over Operational Management On Behalf Of The Civil Engineering City Of Bern And Ensures The Targeted Implementation Of The Project Goals From The Construction Project Phase To Project Completion. Gl Takes Over The Integral Leadership And Coordination Of The Planning Team And Ensures Coordination With The Departments And Project Participants Involved. In Particular, She Coordinates The Areas Of Road Construction, Plant Management Planning And Construction, Traffic And Landscape Architecture As Well As The Relevant Interfaces To Third-Party Projects And Adjacent Infrastructure. In Doing So, It Takes Into Account The Special Requirements Of The Inner-City And Highly Frequented Project Perimeter And Supports The Client In The Preparation And Support Of Technical, Organizational, Legal And Political Decisions. The Detailed Tasks And Services Required By Gl In Accordance With Sia 103 Are Explained In More Detail In The Service Description (See Appendix 1) And In The Performance Table (See Appendix 2). The Mandate For Traffic Planning And Landscape Architecture Is Integrated Into The Mandate Of Gl (Part Of The Overall Management Tender). All Necessary Planners As Well As Landscape Architects And Traffic Planners Report To Gl In Organizational And Technical Terms.
