Public Road Transport Services – Ensuring The Transport Services Of The Moravian-Silesian Region – Karvinsko And Orlovsko Region. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Scheduled Passenger Transport In Order To Ensure The Transport Serviceability Of The Moravian-Silesian Region, Especially In The Karvinsko And Orlovsko Areas For A Period Of 10 Transport Years, Within The Scope And Under The Conditions Set Out In The Procurement Documentation. Transport Services In This Area Will Be Provided By Electric Buses And Buses Powered By Cng Or Diesel. Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Scheduled Passenger Transport Must Be Provided By The Selected Carrier In The Manner And Under The Conditions Set Out In The Binding Draft Of The Contract On Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Scheduled Passenger Transport, Which Forms Annex No. 6 Of The Procurement Documentation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Manner And Conditions Of The Provision Of These Services Contained In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes And Further In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations.
