Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transports Scolaires. The Municipality Of Lutry Is Responsible For School Transport For Primary (From 1P To 8P) And Secondary (From 9S To 11S) Students Living On Its Municipal Territory. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Guarantee The Transport Of Students Within The Territory Of The Municipality, In A Reliable And Secure Manner, To The Satisfaction Of The Children, Their Parents, The School District And The Municipal Authorities. The Tenderer Must Submit An Offer Valid For 6 Months From The Submission Of The Offer. The Awarder Expects A Framework Contract For An Initial Duration Of 5 Years (August 2027 - July 2032), Tacitly Renewable From Year To Year (From August 2032 To July 2033 Respectively From August 2033 To July 2034) Up To A Maximum Of 7 Years. The Possible Non-Renewal Of The Contract For The 6Th And 7Th Years Must Be Announced In Writing To The Other Party, Before December 31 Of The Previous Calendar Year (12/31/2031 Respectively 12/31/2032).
