Muncii, Uricani City, Hunedoara County. Block 3 - Muncii Str. Has A Regular Irregular Rectangular Shape, With Plan Dimensions Of 54.35 M X 10.50 M. The Building Is A Body Consisting Of 3 Coupled Block Staircases, With A Seismic Joint, Having 56 Apartments With 2 Rooms. There Are Commercial Spaces On The Ground Floor Of The Block. Built Area: 576.00 Sq.M. Total Area: 2,962.90 Sq.M. Apartments Area: 2,504.50 Sq.M. The Infrastructure Consisting Of Elevations Made Of Simple Monolithic Concrete Resting On The Soles Of Continuous Foundations. The Ground Floor Has A Thickness Of 25 Cm, Of Which 15 Cm Is Made Of Monolithic Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete. The Elevations Are 40 Cm Thick On The Outside And 30 Cm On The Inside And Are Made Of Monolithic Reinforced Concrete. The Superstructure Has The Following Conformation: A) The Structural System Adopted Is Composed Of Structural Masonry Walls (Large Panels) Arranged On Both Main Directions Of The Building, In A Honeycomb System Combined With Frames From B.A. And Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Floor Panels. Internal Structural Walls Are Placed On Octagonal Directions And Have A Thickness Of 15-25 Cm. B) For Greater Fragmentation Of An Apartment Space, There Are A Number Of Partition Walls Made Of Brick With Thicknesses Of 7.5Cm Or 12.5Cm (They Delimit Small Spaces Such As: Kitchen, Hall, Storeroom, Pantry) C) The Building Does Not Have Reinforced Concrete Cores That Could Make The Connection With The Beams And Belts Of The Structure D) The Belts And Beams Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete E) The Interior Floors Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete With A Thickness Of 15 Cm With Perimeter Monolithization At Belts And Beams. The Total Thickness Of The Concrete Floors Is 20 Cm F) The Access Stairs Between The Levels Are Made Of Concrete.
