Cesspool Or Septic Tank Emptying Services – Contract Regarding The Emptying Of Settling Tanks. This Tender Concerns The Purchasers Procurement Of A Service Contract Regarding Emptying Settling Tanks In Accordance With Favrskov Municipalitys Regulations For Emptying Settling Tanks. In Addition, The Tender Covers Handling Of Daily Inquiries, Registration Of New Tanks, Registration Of The State Of The Tanks As Well As Handling / Transport And Disposal Of The Septic Sludge. Favrskov Municipality Has The Supervisory Duty And Control Of The Emptying Scheme, While Favrskov Spildevand A/S Is Responsible For The Operation. The Agreement Comes Into Force On 01.01.2027 And Is Valid For 1 Year, Ending On 31.12.2027, Excluding Options. The Ordering Party Has The Option To Extend The Agreement By Up To 3 X 12 Months On Unchanged Terms. The Order Registrars Option Is Triggered By Written Notification To The Supplier No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Agreement With Effect For The Specified Period. If The Ordering Party Does Not Extend The Agreement, It Will Automatically Terminate At The End Of The Agreements Term. Both Parties May Terminate The Agreement, Both In The Ordinary Contract Period And In The Option Periods, With 6 Months Written Notice To End On 31.12.2027 At The Earliest.
