The Subject Of The Tender Is The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Documentation Of A Vacuum Belt Filter System For The Continuous/Intermittent Solid-Liquid Separation Of Biomass Suspensions And Hydrolysates. The System Must Be Designed For Fibrous And Granular Solids, Feed Quantities Of Up To 10 M³/H, Solids Contents Of Up To 15% By Weight Of Solids And Media Temperatures Of Up To 80 °C. It Must Have Cake Washing, A Re-Pressing Device And An Automatic Cake Discharge. What Is Required Is A Plc Control With Touch Hmi On The Skid, A Central Control Cabinet In The Sub-Distribution Room Or On The Skid, The Necessary Process Measurement Technology Including Mass Flow Measurements And A Filtrate Sampling System. Optional Options Include Filtrate Recirculation As Washing Water And A Laboratory Measuring Device To Assess Filterability. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Most Economical Offer, Taking Into Account Price, Technical Design, Delivery Time And Customer Support.
