Engineering Design Services – Object Planning, Engineering Structure And Specialist Planning, Structural Planning. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Object Planning Of The Engineering Structure And The Specialist Planning Of The Structural Design For The Bw 40/2 Allacher Brücke Road Bridge In Munich. The Allacher Bridge Crosses Allacher Straße Over A Four-Track Deutsche Bahn Route South Of Munich-Moosach Train Station. The Structure Was Built In 1964 As A Prestressed Concrete Bridge With Longitudinally And Transversely Prestressed Hollow Girders. The Bridge Is A Single-Span Girder And Has A Span Of Approx. 30.5M And A Width Of Approx. 30M. Due To The Use Of Prestressing Steel That Is At Risk Of Stress Corrosion Cracking And An Insufficiently Calculated Announcement Behavior Under Load Class Bk 60, The Structure Is Classified As Endangered. Continued Operation Is Currently Only Possible By Downgrading To Load Class Bk 45. A Replacement Building Is Therefore Planned. It Is Not Possible To Make An Exact Prediction Of The Corrosion Progress Or The Rate Of Corrosion, Which Is Why Noise Emission Monitoring Will Be Installed. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Object Planning Of Engineering Structures, As Well As Specialist Planning And Structural Planning For Service Phases 1 To 7 For The Replacement Of The Allacher Bridge. The Services Include Planning Support For The Dismantling And Replacement Of The Allacher Bridge. The Commissioning Takes Place In Several Service Levels. If Commissioned, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take On All Service Levels. There Is No Entitlement To Commission All Service Levels. Remuneration Is Paid In Stages Depending On The Scope Of Services Commissioned. The Services To Be Awarded For The Object Planning Of Engineering Structures In Accordance With Section 43 Hoai 2021 And The Specialist Planning For Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai 2021 Are Divided Into Service Levels As Follows: - Service Level 1: Basic Determination (Lph. 1 Partly) And Preliminary Planning (Lph. 2) Including The Special Services For Service Level 1 - Service Level 2: Draft Planning (Lph. 3) And Approval Planning Opl (Lph. 4) Including The Special Services For Performance Level 2 - Performance Level 3: Approval Planning Twp (Lph. 4), Implementation Planning (Lph. 5), Preparation Of The Award (Lph. 6) And Participation In The Award (Lph. 7) Including The Special Services For Performance Level 3
