Cleaning Services – Cleaning Services For Úúpv Sr. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Facilities Of The Office For Spatial Planning And Construction Of The Slovak Republic In Nitra, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Košice And Prešov During 48 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement, Including The Supply Of Hygiene And Cleaning Materials And The Provision Of Irregular Services According To Annex No. 1. The Detailed Scope, Frequency And Conditions Of Service Provision Are Listed In Appendix No. 1 – Specification Of Required Services (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Types Of Services: 1. Regular Services According To Part I. Annex No. 1: Cleaning Of Office And Common Areas, Kitchens, Social Facilities And Bathrooms, Warehouses And Archives; Carpet Beating 3 Times A Year; Washing Of Windows Inside And Outside And Blinds 2 Times A Year; Double-Sided Washing Of Glass Walls And Doors 3 Times A Week. The Price Of Regular Services Is A Monthly Flat-Rate Payment, Including All Regularly Recurring Activities And Material Deliveries. Daily Service Is Ensured By The Physical Presence Of One Employee Of The Provider For At Least Two Hours At Each Workplace Between 9:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. Regular Evening Cleaning Is Performed Every Working Day After 5:00 P.M.; Specific Times Are Specified In Accordance With Appendix No. 1. 2. Irregular Services According To Part Ii. Attachments No. 1 Are Provided On The Basis Of Accepted Orders: Machine Washing Of Hard Floors, Buffing Of Upholstered Furniture And Special Buffing Of Carpets, Washing Of Inaccessible Windows And External Blinds Using Special Or Climbing Equipment, Polymer Disinfection, Disinsection And Interior Cleaning, Buffing Of The Interior And Exterior Cleaning Of Official Motor Vehicles.
